Heritage Macrame Lace is our finest and most unique product. It features intricate, traditional European folk motifs reproduced in exquisite detail and superb quality.
The process used to produce macrame's outstanding detail is unique as well. The extremely delicate patterns are machine-stitched onto a fabric backing which is later removed, leaving the complex lace motifs beautifully intact. The collection includes the distinctive patterns shown in the swatches below. Most are available in two versions:
Ring Lace with rings for hanging from curtain rods.
Trim Lace with no rings (designated NR) for beautiful edgings and trims on clothings, curtains and household textiles (not available in Rembrandt, Tulip or Windmill).
For the most elegant look of all, combine macrame lace with boucle sheer material.
For the distinctive look shown above, macrame trim lace can be sewn to sheer materital. Lightly textured boucle sheer is available through your retailer.

If the curtain will hang inside window frame on a tension rod, measure width and length inside window frame.

If the curtain will hang outside window frame on a projection rod, measure outside including wood trim. Also include "return"--the distance the rod projects outward at both sides.

The ring trims can be added when trim lace (NR) is sewn to boucle sheers. These ring trims hang from curtain rods.
