A Personal Touch by Interior Decor is positive you will be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you need to return an item, there is a 25% restocking fee and you must return it USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number at your cost (unless it is a mistake on our part; then, you should contact us immediately upon receiving the incorrect item and we will send you a return label). Your original shipping costs will not be refunded and you will be issued a refund based upon your payment method minus shipping and restocking fees.
Our hand painted toilet seats and original art are non-refundable, unless there is a defect in workmanship. Please contact us with any questions concerning our products before you purchase.
